Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make and I am here to make sure you have peace of mind while going through your buying process.
If you are thinking of placing your home on the market for sale, ask me about my comprehensive inspection for sellers that will remove most, if not all, of the negotiations from the sale process.

The Inspector
Steve began his career as a home inspector after attending the academy at Inspection Training Associates (ITA) in Oceanside, California back in 2000. For more than 24 years, he has been performing quality home inspections in Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Temecula, Fallbrook Scripps Ranch, Del Mar, La Jolla, Chula Vista and more.
He says, “When looking for the right home inspector, you will want to hire a qualified, experienced CREIA Certified inspector who will have your best interests in mind. Although there are many low-priced inspection companies out there, you will usually get what you pay for. My fees are very reasonable for the quality of my reports, which come complete with photos. Remember, one major item missed during a home inspection can cost a lot more than $100 saved on the inspection fee!”

Experience
you can trust…
With more than 5,000 homes personally inspected, I can help you understand the details of how your home is put together and any potential issues you may face. No one likes surprises after moving in!

Steve is a CREIA (CA Real Estate Inspection Assoc.) certified inspector, Badge #166785. His inspections meet or exceed the Standards of Practice as set forth by CREIA.
About CREIA*
Established in 1976, CREIA is a non-profit 501(c) 6 association with twenty chapters located throughout the California. CREIA regularly holds an Annual Conference and other educational programs, advocates for the profession, and offers leadership opportunities to it members. CREIA is the oldest and largest nonprofit state inspector association in the country – and California-specific in education and consumer outreach. CREIA strives to enhance consumer protection and promoting public awareness.
CREIA’s Standards of Practice have been recognized by the State of California, and are considered the source for home inspector standard of care by the real estate and legal communities.
*The State of California does NOT license home inspectors. CREIA takes the lead in requiring adherence to CREIA’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, which the Legislature expressly recognized with official legislative intent provisions in the enactment of the home inspector laws.
